5-step Web Design

This is our usual website design process: you contact us, we arrange to meet to discuss your website requirements in detail and we then progress with the design, liaising with you at every stage, while offering you advice and guidance wherever needed.

1. Contact us about your Website Design

   You can contact us by email, phone or fill in our Website preparation Form and tell us about your business and website requirements.

   We arrange a meeting to discuss your needs in depth. This meeting could take 1-3 hours.

2. Website Design Meeting

   We discuss your requirements in depth:

   • We collect the information (text, images) for your website.

   • We give you guidance on the organisation and structure of your website contents.

   • We identify with you the styling options best suited for your type of website/business.

   • If you are new to web design, we will give you a copy of our 'Website Design Starter Pack'.

   At the end of this meeting, if you agree to proceed with the website, we request a deposit payment.

3. Website Design - Draft Stage

   Based on the website styling options identified in our meeting, we design some samples (comps), liaise with you and adjust the design according to your feedback.

   We are flexible in our method of contact: we feel e-mails are an effective means of communication but we are happy to liaise by phone or even regular meetings, unless distance prohibits it...

4. Website Design - Production Stage

   Once the design has been agreed and we have all the information for your website, we design the website and put your 'draft' website online at a 'hidden' location on the net, where you can have a look at the progress and give us your feedback.

5. Website online

   When you feel the website is ready to go 'live', we send you the invoice for the balance of the website cost. Upon receipt of your payment, we 'launch' your website officially.
